Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concessions Supervisor for Empower Field in Denver. This hourly/seasonal role oversees a busy concession area during Broncos games and events, leading staff, ensuring food safety, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers flexible scheduling via ReadyOn app, with shifts up to 25 hours per week average. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more for eligible hourly employees.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a team in a fast-paced food service setting.
• ServSafe certification required; ServSafe Alcohol certification required; on-site training available.
• Able to read, write, and perform basic math functions for order accuracy and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware within the concession stand and concourse.
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides stands with tools to meet safety guidelines.
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff.
• Maintains paperwork such as temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs.
• Ensures food safety guidelines are followed by staff and operates a POS or prepares items as needed.
• Maintains product levels and performs inventory counts before, during, and after events.
• Delivers excellent customer service.

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events!

Our Concession Supervisors are the heart of our operations and work each day to create an exceptional event day experience for our guests. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Position Type:

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23 to $25 depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data and other relevant factors.

This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food and safety guidelines
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff
• Maintains necessary paperwork throughout the event including but not limited to temperature logs, inventory stand sheets, and waste logs
• Adheres to food, safety,and safe-drinkingguidelines and ensures they are being followed by staff
• Assists with the operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications

This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs. Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.

• 21 years of age or older (required)
• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict
• Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) – applicants will be trained & certified on site if certification is needed
