Job summary

Aramark at a high-volume entertainment venue in Broken Arrow is seeking a friendly cashier to deliver fast, accurate service at a concession stand. You will operate a POS, greet guests, process Broncos Plus transactions, and help with vouchers and stand setup.

Must be 18+, hold or obtain ServSafe/TEAM alcohol certification, and have prior customer service and cash handling experience. The role is hourly, seasonal, and part-time with a focus on safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• 18 years of age or older and able to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/POS and process Broncos Plus transactions.
• Greet customers with friendly dialogue and offer helpful suggestions.
• Maintain counts for employee meal vouchers and stand paperwork.
• Be knowledgeable on menu items, prices, and promotions.
• Assist in setting up, maintaining and tearing down a concession stand.
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
• Ensure products are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Adhere to alcohol service policies and food safety guidelines.
• Provide excellent, friendly customer service and maintain a positive demeanor.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions
• Greet and assist customers with friendly dialogue and helpful suggestions
• Maintain a count on employee meal vouchers and waste for stand paperwork
• Be knowledgeable on menu items and prices, specialty promotions, and Broncos Plus
• Assists in setting up, maintaining and tearing-down a concession stand
• Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned by the Stand Lead and Concessions Supervisor
• Ensure product in their area is stocked to appropriate levels throughout service and replenish items as needed
• Adhere to all alcohol service policies and food and safety guidelines
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Ensures security of company assets
• Accepts constructive feedback and provides ideas, concerns to and from leadership

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older (required)
• Valid TEAM or ServSafe alcohol certification (required
• Accurately operate a register/Point of sale (POS) and process Broncos Plus transactions
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Basic math & counting skills required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required by location
