Aramark's Retail Support Supervisor at Empower Field in Denver supports the Retail Management team with administrative tasks, assigns daily cashier tasks, assists with event day check-in, and handles warehouse inventory and invoicing. The role models strong customer service and a professional demeanor on gameday and non-gameday shifts.

This hourly, seasonal, part-time position follows a flexible scheduling process via ReadyOn, with typical hours not exceeding 25 per week, and a compensation

Job Description

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events! The Retail Support Supervisor supports the Retail Management team with various administrative and office support tasks. Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assigning the day’s work tasks to the Retail Cashiers; assisting with event day check-in, and warehouse inventory and invoiceing.

The Retail Support Supervisor is expected to serve as an example for the Retail Cashiers and Retail Warehouse Workers to aspire to; continually going above and beyond, delivering outstanding customer service, and successfully resolving any guest situations that may arise. Furthermore, they will maintain a professional and enthusiastic atmosphere even in the absence of management.

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee
The seasonal time frame is approximately May- February

Position Type:

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be assigned to you. There are no minimum guaranteed hours per week, and hours will not exceed an average of 25 hours per week annually.

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $23.00 to $25.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (required)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must have strong organization and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel,Wordand other Microsoft applications
• Must have game day,occasional evenings,weekendand holidayavailability
• Detail oriented with excellent customer service skills
• Minimum of 1 year retail or warehouse admin experience preferred
• Ability tolift upto 50 pounds
• Standing, lifting, climbing ladders,reachingand bending
• Sitting, typing, answering phones, repetitive motions

• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
