Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior experience in stand attendant or food service work.
• Ability to handle cash and inventory efficiently and multi-task in fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to work fluently in English.
• Must meet state health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with supervisor/management help.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps stations and storerooms clean and stocked; orders replacement stock.
• Completes required paperwork accurately.
• Investigates money and inventory discrepancies.
• Ensures accuracy of location bank and inventory during events.
• Ensures cashier totals are correct on a random basis.
• Maintains quality appearance of concession location.
• Cleans equipment and organizes stock after events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
