Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to run assigned concession stands, train staff, and ensure operations align with PA RAMP standards. You will supervise stand workers and coordinate setup and closing.

This role requires English fluency, prior food service experience, cash handling skills, and the ability to lift 10–50 pounds, work nights and weekends, and maintain a clean, well-stocked stand. You will report to the Concessions Supervisor and ensure safety policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Must have prior food service experience.
• Ability to handle cash and inventory efficiently.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 10–50 pounds.
• Must meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers. Assigns duties within the stand.
• Analyzes and resolves problems with the assistance of management.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps work stations, back-of-stand and storerooms clean and stocked; orders stock as needed.
• Completes required paperwork accurately.
• Investigates discrepancies in money and inventory.
• Manages location bank, opening/closing inventory, transfers, spoilage and meals during events.
• Ensures transaction totals are accurate for cashiers.
