Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Stand Lead to manage full operation of assigned concession stands and train staff. The role reports to the Concessions Supervisor at the venue and adheres to state and venue standards.

You will supervise stand workers, handle cash and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and service policies across events. Candidates must be 18+, English-fluent, and able to work in open-air venues, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience as a stand attendant or other food service worker is necessary.
• Ability to interact with co-workers to assure compliance with service standards.
• Must be able to handle cash and inventory efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work fluently in English and in open-air venue conditions.
• Must meet health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and coordinates activities of stand workers and assigns duties.
• Analyses and resolves problems with supervisor or management.
• Oversees stand setup and closing procedures.
• Keeps work stations and storerooms clean and stocked; orders stock as needed.
• Completes required paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensures accuracy of money and inventory; checks bank and transfers during events.
• Maintains a high-quality appearance of the concession location at all times.
• Works with team to clean equipment and stock for next event.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
