Job summary

Legends Global is hiring a Concessions Manager for Etihad Park at NYCFC in New York. You will oversee the daily food and beverage service across events, directing setup, inventory, and staff to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Work with sales, culinary, and other departments to design menus, control costs, and ensure compliance with policies. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is required; compensation reflects market norms.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in concession or banquet service.
• Minimum 3 years supervising stand workers, bartenders, or utility staff.
• Smart Serve, Food Handlers, and other food-safety certifications preferred.
• Experience with inventory control, costing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead event planning, including layout, setup, and floor plans.
• Collaborate with sales to maintain client relations and guest satisfaction.
• Work with culinary team to design and cost menus.
• Oversee daily F&B operations at the venue and ensure quality.
• Maintain master event order book and communicate updates to staff.
• Control costs through purchasing, storage, and inventory management.
• Enforce service standards, safety policies, and alcohol service procedures.
• Staff planning and scheduling; ensure adequate labor for events.
• Prepare regular financial reports and assist with P&L analysis.
