Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Concessions Manager to oversee the daily food and beverage service at Etihad Park in Queens, NY. The role requires leadership, strong event planning, budgeting, and collaboration with culinary and sales teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will manage staff, ensure compliance with policies, and contribute to financial reporting while maintaining high service standards during events and non-event days.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in food service, hospitality, facilities, or business management.
• Minimum three years' experience in concession or banquet service.
• Three years supervising staff such as stand workers, bartenders, or utility staff.
• Smart Serve Certification, Food Handlers, and safety training desired.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service operations.
• Plan events, design floor plans, and manage setup.
• Coordinate with sales for client relations and guest satisfaction.
• Cost out menus and collaborate with culinary team.
• Ensure compliance with policies and POS procedures.
• Lead staff during events and manage scheduling.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and inventory control.
