Job summary

Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. in Oklahoma City invites applications for a Concessions Manager to oversee all concession operations during events. You will manage staff schedules, ensure compliance with alcohol service, food safety, and cash handling procedures, and coordinate with the Concessions Director and Sr.

VP Impact Catering for smooth, profitable events. Requirements include a high school diploma, at least two years in food service, supervisory experience, and proficiency with POS systems

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years food service/hospitality experience.
• Experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Valid liquor license/alcohol service permit preferred where required.
• Basic math skills for POS transactions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper set-up of concession locations; verify inventory and sanitation standards.
• Cover open positions to maintain operations and guest satisfaction.
• Assist with premium services and event needs as directed by leadership.
• Provide direction to supervisors and hourly staff; ensure policy compliance.
• Assist with post-event evaluation, data compilation, and reporting.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, harassment-free work environment.
