Job summary

Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. is seeking a part-time hourly team member in Oklahoma City, OK to support our Impact Catering department. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, delivering food, and maintaining a clean, well-organized work area.

Responsibilities include stocking inventory, assisting in opening/closing, and supporting other food and beverage areas as needed. A High School Diploma is preferred, with required certifications where applicable, and English proficiency is necessary.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid liquor license/alcohol service permit and/or food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations.
• Speak, read and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a pleasant manner and take orders for food and beverage products.
• Deliver food orders and/or assist guests with dining-related needs.
• Keep work area and surroundings clean utilizing proper sanitation procedures and techniques to meet set standard.
• Memorize the product menu available at the cafe.
• Restock inventory as necessary.
• Assist in opening and/or closing of the restaurant.
• Assist in other food and beverage departments as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
