Oklahoma State Fair, Inc. is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead all concession operations in a fast-paced event environment in Oklahoma City.

You will supervise staff, ensure sanitation, safety, and efficient guest service while coordinating with site leadership and catering departments. The role requires a minimum of two years in food service, a valid liquor license if required, and strong cash/inventory control skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years food service/hospitality experience.
• Valid liquor license/alcohol service permit where required.
• Experience supervising staff in fast-paced environments.
• Strong math, cash handling and inventory skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee concession locations setup, inventory, and cash handling.
• Direct supervisors and hourly staff to meet service standards.
• Support premium services and event needs as directed.
• Ensure safety, sanitation and compliance at all times.
• Manage post-event data, reporting, and POS troubleshooting.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff and volunteers.
• Maintain professional conduct and address issues promptly.
