You will coordinate event staffing, manage cash handling, and contribute to post-event reporting. This full-time salaried role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment and at least 2 years in food service/hospitality. Competitive salary offered.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years food service/hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.

• Ensure proper set-up of concession locations and inventories, assign duties to workers, ensure sanitation and cash handling.
• Cover open positions to keep locations operational and meet service standards.
• Assist with premium services operations and event needs as directed by Concessions Director or Sr. VP.
• Provide direction to supervisors and hourly employees, ensure compliance with alcohol service, food handling, safety policies.
• Assist with post-event evaluation, data compilation, and reporting; support POS training and hardware issues.
