Job summary

Aramark at Frost Bank Center is seeking a Concessions Manager to lead dining operations, develop menus, and deliver outstanding service to guests.

You will coach and develop the team, drive safety and sanitation, manage financial performance, and partner with clients to meet goals. A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 2–3 years in food service management are preferred. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop dining teams using Aramark's coaching model.
• Meet client expectations and financial targets.
• Plan daily team briefings and ensure safety standards.
• Manage P&L and margins via cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, wage, and hour rules.
