Qualifications

• Experience with full P&L ownership and financial performance management.
• Ability to lead complex retail organizations with senior leadership teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and sound business judgment.
• Excellent executive communication skills and client-facing presence.
• Experience in contract-managed, multi-unit, or venue-based retail environments.
• Bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, retail management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish long-term direction, priorities, and financial targets aligned with client expectations and Aramark standards.
• Own full P&L and ensure revenue growth, margin, and expense management.
• Serve as the primary senior retail liaison, handling executive-level communications and reviews.
• Provide strategic oversight across all retail channels for alignment with standards and growth.
• Set governance models, performance expectations, and operating rhythms for accountability.
• Guide development of annual and multi-year retail plans with growth initiatives and channel strategies.
• Partner with Finance to develop budgets, monitor performance trends, and identify risks.
• Oversee product selection and inventory planning to meet customer demand and financial goals.
• Ensure controls for inventory, labor, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Use data and market insight to evaluate results and drive improvements.
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
• Identify new concepts and innovations to evolve the retail program.
• Support contract renewals and strategic initiatives through strong performance.
• Contribute leadership and best practices to district initiatives.
• Work with HR to hire staff and manage event staffing within payroll.
