Legends in Rochester, MN seeks a Concessions Lead to support concessions, vending, portable, and in-seat service operations during events. You will staff, train, and supervise event staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage high-volume food and beverage inventory, enforce responsible alcohol service, and uphold sanitation and quality standards. The role requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, on-site at Mayo Civic Center.

Qualifications

• Ability to staff, schedule, train, and counsel event staff.
• Directly manage event day staff and interact with customers.
• Maintain high-volume food and beverage inventory.
• Enforce responsible service of alcohol and comply with procedures.
• Develop standards for service, sanitation, and quality.
• Comply with cash handling procedures.
