Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a related role preferred.
• Previous food service experience required.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Ability to deliver high guest satisfaction and maintain sanitation.
• Strong inventory control and POS handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns daily work tasks to a food service team.
• Trains staff on duties, safety, sanitation, and service.
• Prepares food items per standardized recipes.
• Stores food according to safety policies.
• Sets up and maintains workstations and service counters.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains equipment and areas.
• Serves guests and ensures satisfaction; handles inventory.
• Monitors alcohol service policies and checks IDs.
• Maintains professional guest relations and adaptability.
• Ensures security of company assets.
