Responsibilities include overseeing cooking activities, maintaining equipment, enforcing HACCP/DOH guidelines, and assisting in training new staff, with focus on safety and high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• May oversee the cooking activities of food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Liaison between team members, supervisors and management.
• Operates and cleans equipment after each use. Performs scheduled routine cleaning.
• Stores, labels and dates food items according to policy. Helps maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated and frozen products.
• Enforces HACCP and DOH guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
• Communicate with management reguarding equipment needs and repairs.
• Complies with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures.
• End of night concession stand inventory.
• Assists in the cross training of new employees.
