Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Director of Concessions in Las Vegas to lead and mentor concessions staff, manage event operations, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role requires scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance across all concession locations during events at Allegiant Stadium.

The position focuses on delivering excellent guest service, managing inventory and POS operations, and coordinating with venue teams to support premium services and overall event success.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in food & beverage industry or similar leadership role.
• Ability to communicate effectively across all staff levels.
• Demonstrated cost control and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor concessions staff, ensure compliance with company standards.
• Oversee setup and operations of concessions locations before, during, and after events.
• Schedule staff, monitor POS, handle guest issues, and post-event reporting.
• Train new and current employees on procedures and best practices.
• Ensure safety and sanitation compliance and adherence to liquor service guidelines.
