Job summary

Strother Enterprises Inc. seeks a Concession Stand Worker to provide food preparation, cashiering, stocking, cleaning, and customer-service support for PYB concession operations. Stand Workers are scheduled by attendance and event demand.

Greet customers, take orders, operate POS, and ensure food safety and presentation standards are met. Flexible evenings and weekends are required, with typical shifts around 2:00 PM and longer during events.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer-service experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Take customer orders accurately.
• Operate the POS system and process payments.
• Prepare and serve concession items.
• Follow recipes, portions, and presentation standards.
• Maintain food temperatures and sanitation procedures.
• Restock supplies and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures.
• Provide support during events with higher attendance.
