Job summary

You will manage day-to-day operations, create staff schedules, monitor labor and food costs, ensure compliance with policies, train staff, and coordinate concessions for tournaments and other activities, adapting to attendance and sales needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in food-service concessions or hospitality management.
• Experience supervising staff and creating employee schedules.
• Understanding of food cost, labor cost, inventory, and profitability.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, tournaments, and events.
• Food-safety certification preferred or required.
