Job summary

ARAMARK is seeking Concession Supervisors for high-volume, fast-paced event operations at Empower Field in Denver. You will lead a team across concession stands, ensure food safety, and provide top-notch guest service during concerts and Broncos games.

The role is hourly, seasonal, and part-time with flexible scheduling via ReadyOn. Candidates must be 21+, able to lead, and hold ServSafe and ServSafe Alcohol certifications, with on-site training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Able to lead a team and diffuse conflict.
• Able to read and write, and complete basic math functions.
• ServSafe or equivalent Food Safety Certification (Required) – on-site training if needed.
• TEAM/ServSafe Alcohol certification (Required) – on-site training if needed.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains all equipment and smallware items within the concession stand and concourse.
• Stores product in designated areas, maintains PPE, and provides each stand with the necessary tools to adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Manages a section of concession stands and staff.
• Maintains required paperwork during events, including temperature logs and inventory sheets.
• Adheres to food safety and safe-drinking guidelines and ensures staff follow them.
• Assists operations by operating a POS or preparing food and beverage items.
• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand.
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after events.
• Provides excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service.

Empower Field is the home of the Denver Broncos and a wide variety of concerts and specialty events!

Our Concession Supervisors are the heart of our operations and work each day to create an exceptional event day experience for our guests. This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, managing a large team, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events Denver has to offer!

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Position Type:

Scheduling for this position will be managed through a flex workforce app, ReadyOn, in which shifts will be made available for you to select. There is no minimum guaranteed hours per week and hours will not exceed 25hrs/wk average annually.

Compensation Data

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $23 to $25 depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data and other relevant factors.

This is Aramark's good faith and reasonable estimate of the rate of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Maintains adequate product levels in each concession stand
• Performs inventory counts before, during, and after an event
• Maintains excellent, friendly, and efficient customer service

Qualifications

This position has physical demands and requires frequent lifting, bending, pushing/pulling, and carrying of up to 25 lbs. Applicant must be able to stand for several hours and work in an outdoor climate with varying temperatures.
