Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Concession Bartender for our 12,500-capacity venue in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, delivering drinks and friendly service during high-volume events.

You will mix alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain safety and cleanliness, and support fast-paced hospitality operations, with flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of bartending principles and recipes and current trends.
• Able to obtain all Aramark and state/local alcohol service certifications.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Able to lift up to 25 lb occasionally.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• May require uniforms and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and takes orders, processes cash and credit card transactions
• Mixes and serves both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Adheres to all established alcohol service policies and safe drinking guidelines including checking patrons' identification to ensure that they meet minimum age requirements for alcohol consumption
• Adheres to cash handling policies
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service, anticipating guests needs and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Ensures security of company assets
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by the supervisor and management team.

Our Concession Bartenders make amazing drinks for our guests! This is the position for you if you enjoy high volume & fast paced operations, working with a variety of alcoholic beverages, and working in food and beverage for some of the best events.

This position is considered an Hourly/ Seasonal/ Part-Time Employee

• This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
