Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Concessions Cashier for The National WWII Museum in New Orleans. This part-time role supports high-volume, event-based concessions with fast, accurate, guest-focused service and secure cash handling.

The position involves stocking, rotating products, maintaining clean cashier stations, and adapting to live-event demands. Candidates should have a High School diploma or equivalent, and prior concessions or retail experience is preferred; alcohol training may be required

Qualifications

• Must be at least the minimum age to sell alcohol per state/local law.
• Prior concessions, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
• TIPS or TEAM alcohol-management training or equivalent is required or preferred depending on location.
• Food handler certification may be required based on location.

Responsibilities

• Handle cash, payment devices, and transaction systems securely.
• Assist with stocking, replenishment, and product rotation in concession areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, kiosks, or autonomous store areas.
• Attend scheduled shifts on time and with regularity.
• Work efficiently during peak event periods in live-event settings.
