Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Concessions Cashier at DESCANSO GARDENS for an event-based, guest-focused role. You will provide fast, accurate transactions across concession stands, grab-and-go, and autonomous retail concepts.

Shifts vary with open availability preferred, and you will handle cash and devices securely while upholding safety standards. Prior concessions or customer service experience is a plus; part-time position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Must meet minimum age requirements to sell alcohol.
• Prior concessions, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• TIPS or TEAM alcohol training or equivalent.
• Food handler certification may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Support high-volume, event-based concessions operations with fast, accurate transaction support.
• Work in concessions environments including stands, grab-and-go, and autonomous retail concepts.
• Maintain cashier stations and ensure security of cash and payment devices.
• Lift up to 35 pounds regularly; up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Attend shifts on time and comply with Sodexo standards.
