Levy is seeking a concessions bartender for Rogers Place to prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely, friendly manner in a seasonal, part-time on-site role.

Responsibilities include setting up bars, stocking supplies, taking orders, mixing drinks, ensuring compliance, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent guest service to fans and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Actively demonstrate teamwork, safe work practices, open communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong desire and ability to delight and accommodate guests.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to work in high pressure situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• ProServe certification required.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

Responsabilités

• Set up assigned bars and stock all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, glassware, ice and produce
• Maintain stock, prepare, cure, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices and other perishables to ensure product quality
• Take and/or process orders for drinks; mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes; practice prudent portion control
• Serve beverages responsibly. Request identification and adhere to all unit and company alcohol compliance policies
• Communicate and anticipate product needs and shortages
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Complete and submit daily inventory counts
• Arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display in the bar area as per directed standard
• Comply to all Health and Safety Policies and procedures
• Build relationships with guests
• Adhere to uniform standards and job specific standard operation procedures
