Job summary

Rogers Place is seeking a Theatre Box Supervisor for a seasonal, part-time, on-site role. You will oversee box area staff and ensure premium service standards across events.

This position requires evening and weekend availability, prior food & beverage experience or a Hospitality Management Certificate, and proven supervisory experience.

Lead, coach, and mentor the team while maintaining brand standards and Health & Safety compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food and beverage experience or completion of a Hospitality Management Certificate.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work in a fast paced and high-volume environment.

• Ability to move, lift, carry, pull, and place objects weighing <= 50 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities
