Position Overview

The Concessions Bartender serves beer, wine, and cocktails efficiently in a high-volume concession environment during golf tournaments. The role emphasizes quick, friendly service while adhering to all alcohol and safety regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate is $9.00, tip-eligible. Benefits include a 401(k) Savings Plan and matching for part-time employees. The position remains open until July 25, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at concession stands.
• Greet guests and take orders professionally and courteously.
• Verify guest IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Restock supplies such as ice, cups, mixers, and garnishes during shifts.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service.
• Follow all policies, laws, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 or 21 years old depending on jurisdiction.
• Experience in bartending, especially in high-volume settings, preferred.
• Required: TABC or equivalent alcohol certification.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and available on weekends and holidays.
