An established industry player is seeking a Concessions Barback to support bartenders and concession staff during golf tournaments. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth operation, allowing bartenders to focus on providing excellent guest service. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to lift heavy items, and work flexible hours, including weekends. The Concessions Barback plays a vital support role by assisting bartenders and concession staff with stocking, setup, and maintaining a clean and organized work area during golf tournaments. This role ensures the bar runs smoothly and efficiently, allowing bartenders to focus on guest service.
This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until July 25, 2025.
Stock and restock bar areas with liquor, mixers, ice, cups, and other supplies.
Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment and concession areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage and bar prep areas.
Remove trash and empty bins regularly throughout the shift.
Refill ice bins and beverage coolers as needed.
Assist bartenders with back-up items during peak times.
Ensure all supplies are rotated and stored properly according to health codes.
Follow all alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Must be at least 18 (or 21) years of age depending on local alcohol regulations.
Previous barback or event experience preferred but not required.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and early mornings.
Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to help wherever needed.
TABC certification (or local alcohol training) preferred.
