Qualifications

• Stand for long periods of time and actively engage with guests.
• Able to reach with hands and arms during shift.
• Lift/move items and equipment up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions and recommend menu items.
• Serve cocktails, ensure legal drinking age is checked.
• Requisition stock and maintain a clean bar area for guests.
• Process orders quickly using POS and credit card machines.
• Recount stock, enter end counts into POS and deposit cash.
• Recount stock and complete the sanitation and incident logs.
