Job summary

Levy Restaurants at Richmond Raceway is seeking a Concessions Bartender. You will prepare and serve beverages in a friendly, timely manner while ensuring compliance with liquor laws and stadium policies.

Responsibilities include setting up bars, stocking supplies, greeting guests, taking orders, mixing drinks, verifying IDs, handling cash, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending and serving beverages.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and ID checks.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to liquor regulations when serving alcohol.
• Set up bars and stock beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and supplies.
• Maintain garnishes, juices and perishables for quality.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and mix drinks using standard recipes and portion controls.
• Check IDs and ensure responsible service.
• Handle cash, process charges, and verify transactions.
• Secure cash, inventory and bar supplies after service.
• Keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Arrange bottles and glassware for an attractive display.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
