Job Summary

Prepares and serves beverages to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to liquor laws and regulations, including serving minors and intoxicated guests.
• Set up and stock the bar with all necessary supplies.
• Maintain freshness and quality of garnishes, juices, and perishables.
• Greet guests courteously.
• Take and prepare drink orders, garnish, and present drinks following recipes.
• Verify guest IDs for alcohol service.
• Detect guest intoxication and act accordingly.
• Handle cash transactions accurately.
• Secure all beverages, food, and cash at the end of shifts.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Arrange and display bottles and glasses attractively.
• Wash and sterilize stemware.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
