Qualifications

• Adheres to state, federal and corporate liquor regulations regarding service.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves beverages to guests in bar area in a friendly, courteous and timely manner.
• Sets up assigned bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice and garnishes.
• Maintains stock and quality of perishable beverage garnishes and ingredients.
• Greets guests in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Takes and processes drink orders and presents drinks per recipes.
• Checks identification to ensure legal service.
• Ensures compliance with liquor laws and responsible service.
