Job summary

LBA Hospitality is hiring a Bartender in Nashville, TN. The role requires preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean bar, and providing excellent guest service. On-site position with potential shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages per recipes and brand standards.
• Verify ID and follow alcohol-service laws and policies.
• Provide menu and beverage recommendations to guests.
• Process charges and gratuities using the POS system.
• Maintain bar inventory, supplies, and sanitation.
• Perform opening/closing and side work.
• Assist with food prep and service when required.
• Respond professionally to guest questions or concerns.
• Follow safety procedures and certifications.
