Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking seasonal Bartender Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team. You will be responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly while providing an excellent guest experience.

Greet guests, serve drinks, manage transactions, and assist with event setup and breakdown. This position requires weekend/evening availability and prior high-volume bar experience to ensure guest satisfaction

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Weekend availability required.
• High volume bar experience required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Record all waste.
• Participatein the set upand breakdown of the assigned locations.
• Help work in the back ofhousetoprepfood duringevents.
• Perform clean-up duties tomaintainthe quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.
• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system andinformsguests of the amounts owed.
• Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards ordeterminethe correct change for guests.
• Account for all transactions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay

$8.25 – $8.25 / hour

Physical requirements

• Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
• Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.
