Job summary

Delaware North at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to prepare and serve concession items while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The role offers weekly pay with a comprehensive benefits overview and requires availability for nights, days, weekends, and holidays. You will handle food, beverages, and cash, while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer guest questions in a friendly manner.
• Serve food and beverages in correct portions and follow sanitation guidelines.
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and verify identification according to policies.
• Record all waste accurately and maintain waste logs.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of assigned locations during events.
• Help in back-of-house prep of food during events.
• Perform clean-up duties to maintain a neat work area and clean equipment.
• Record all transactions via POS and inform guests of amounts owed; collect payments and process cards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

Pay

$8.25 – $8.25 / hour

What will you do?

• Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.

• Record all waste.

• Participatein the set upand breakdown of the assigned locations.

• Help work in the back ofhousetoprepfood duringevents.

• Perform clean-up duties tomaintainthe quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.

• Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system andinformsguests of the amounts owed.

• Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards ordeterminethe correct change for guests.

• Account for all transactions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.
