1. Assist guests in beverage and drink preparation, and service of the bar area efficiently and promptly.
2. Engage with guests to understand their needs and satisfaction with beverages, ensuring high-quality service.
3. Be knowledgeable about menu drink offerings and standard drinks to assist guests in choosing beverages based on their preferences.
4. Accurately take and input orders into the Micros system, ensuring correct timing and billing.
5. Maintain well-stocked bar supplies at all times.
6. Follow safe food handling procedures and uphold a safe working environment by adhering to food safety guidelines.
