Churchill Downs Incorporated's Turfway Park Racing & Gaming division is hiring a Concessions Attendant for Serena's. You will greet guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced setting while ensuring accurate payment handling.

Applicants must be able to obtain KY Racing License and be at least 21 years old. Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays is required, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available at Turfway Park in Northern Kentucky.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Properly receive and greet guests
• Take orders and serve food/beverages in a fast-paced environment
• Properly accept and process guest payments
• Prepare/order pizzas, sandwiches and salads using standard formulasor following directions
• Clean area, maintain dining area, wipe tables and dispose of trash

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Prior concessions preferred including POS
• Must be able to multi-task and be self-motivated
• Must be able to communicate clearly
• Possess excellent cash handling skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Standing, stooping, and bending for long periods of time
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays and special events

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Must be able to obtain KY Racing License
• Must be at least 21 years old
