Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Experience with cash handling or willingness to learn to operate a cash register.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude.
• Available to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction.
• Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge of all areas in the concessions operations.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly. Must check guest’s ID to verify minimum age requirements.
• Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
