• Communicate regularly with the Concessions Captain about needs and operational updates.
• Participate in team meetings to provide feedback on guest trends, sales performance, and process improvements.

The Concessions Associate works closely with the Concessions Captain and the Guest Services team to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe concessions operations during performances. They help maintain inventory, manage sales, support colleagues, and contribute to a welcoming, professional, and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Qualifications
