Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Concessions Worker for part-time concessions at our venues. The role involves preparing and serving items, handling cash, pouring beverages, and ensuring high standards of presentation and cleanliness.

Pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour and tips are eligible. Part-time benefits include a 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching. The position remains open until October 30, 2026, with occasional nights, weekends, and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred. Willingness to learn to handle cash and operate a cash register will be considered.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, positive attitude with co-workers, managers, volunteers & guests.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the cash register sales by taking orders, building orders, and completing the transaction.
• Build orders, prepare food, and have knowledge of all areas in the concessions operations.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low-stock items to the Concessions Stand Manager.
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest’s ID to verify the minimum age for alcoholic beverages.
• Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Position Summary

The Concessions Worker prepares and serves concession items to guests. Prepares and pours beverages and serves them to guests. Ensures quality of food presentation. Utilizes a cash register and accepts payment. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

This role pays an hourly rate of $15.00-$16.00 and is tip eligible.
