Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Concession Supervisor (Part-Time Seasonal) for Funko Field. This role supports concession stands, leads a team, and ensures guest satisfaction during events from April to September.

You will manage operations, train staff, and enforce safety and cash-handling policies while providing exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year leadership experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of concession stands and oversees staff to ensure safety and smooth service.
• Greets and assists guests, answering questions and meeting guest needs.
• Maintains knowledge of menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and inventory handling.
• Trains concession staff to follow procedures and service standards.
• Troubleshoots point-of-sale systems and resolves issues quickly.
• Ensures timekeeping accuracy and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.

Summary: Manages the operations of concession stands and performs a variety of concessions duties while providing a pleasant guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest’s questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Trains concession staff.
• Understands and troubleshoots point-of-sale systems.
• Oversees accuracy of timekeeping and compliance with OSHA and Health Department regulations.
• Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
