Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction with quality food and fast service.
• Process orders and transactions quickly using Square.
• Set up and close the concession counter and equipment.
• Maintain clean, sanitary, and orderly concession area.
• Ensure staff wear ID/uniforms and maintain personal hygiene.
• Sign for deliveries and inventory concessions/supplies as requested.
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions to management.
• Instruct and supervise other staff during concessions operations.
