Job summary

Temple is seeking a seasonal concession supervisor to assist with oversight of concession stands and staff. You will supervise employees, handle cash, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards during busy weekend and holiday periods.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior cash handling/customer service and supervisory experience, with bilingual English/Spanish being a plus. This is a temporary, on-site position suitable for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One season of cash handling and customer service experience.
• One season of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises concession employees and schedules, reviews, submits time worked.
• Trains staff on cash handling, POS operations, and safe food handling.
• Maintains inventory and reports discrepancies.
• Operates cash register and POS system.
• Adheres to city policies and customer service standards.
• Follows health department standards and safety guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
