Job summary

Focus on prompt customer service, accurate transactions with Square, and managing equipment like warmers and grills while upholding health regulations and professional appearance.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with scheduling/pay apps is a plus.
• Ability to lift boxes/equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to work well with staff, volunteers and the public.
• Must pass GPRA training (CPR, AED, First Aid).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all part-time concession staff while on duty.
• Greet and serve customers at the concessions counter promptly and courteously.
• Provide quality food and drink in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process orders and transactions quickly and accurately using Square.
• Set up and close out the concession counter and equipment; clean safely.
• Ensure items are ready for sale at opening time.
• Keep prep and serving counters clean and sanitized.
• Maintain a neat, sanitary concession area and staff appearance.
• Sign for deliveries and inventory concessions/supplies.
• Report incidents or unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Instruct and supervise other staff in concessions operations.
• Submit written product requests as needed.
• Perform other duties to maintain safe and efficient operations.
