Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Concessions Stand Attendant to assist in preparing and staging food & beverage items at an assigned location. You will interact with guests, handle transactions at self-checkout, and may assist with cash handling as needed. A strong attendance record is expected.

The role pays an hourly rate of $12.50-$13.00 and is tip eligible, with benefits for part-time roles including a 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. The position remains open until November 13, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Three or more months’ experience in the food service industry preferred.
• Previous experience working with POS systems or computers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & a friendly, positive attitude with co‑workers, managers, volunteers & guests.

Responsibilities

• Assists in ensuring all food & beverage products are fully stocked in designated locations.
• Ability to assist in building orders, preparing food, packaging food, and knowledge in all areas of concessions operations.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and supply levels and communicating low‑stock items to management.
• Listening and responding to customer requests or concerns.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including disposal of garbage and cleaning dishes.
• Serve beverages to guests, including alcoholic beverages, responsibly.
• Check guest’s ID to verify the minimum age for alcohol purchases.
• Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.

Position Summary

The Concessions Stand Attendant assists in the preparation and staging of all food & beverage items within the assigned location. Ensures quality of food presentation. Additionally, they will be interacting with guests and providing assistance in all transactions at self‑checkout areas and on occasion could have cash‑handling duties where needed. Must be able to maintain excellent attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.

This role pays an hourly rate of $12.50-$13.00 and is tip eligible.
