SCOPE

• Reports to Food Service Coordinator and/or Park Supervisors
• Prepare and sell food and drinks in a fast paced environment while delivering great customer service

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain a professional and mature attitude with regard to patrons, co-workers and supervisors
• Help to ensure a well‑run facility in a clean, safe and attractive environment
• Enforce park rules in a fair and consistent manner
• Prepare and sell food when in the concession stand
• Clean the entire inside of the concession stand, including the equipment
• Maintain a clean exterior, including litter, spills, garbage and overall appearance of the facility
• Maintain an orderly system of supplies, taking inventory as required
• Attend all staff meetings
• May be required to perform other duties as designated by Food Service Coordinator or CERA Management

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 16 years of age with reliable transportation
• Must have good working relationship with full and part‑time employees
• Must possess a neat and professional appearance appropriate for a food service environment and maintain proper CERA dress code
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends and holidays as required
• May be required to work long hours during peak periods
• Good organizational communication skills
• Must be able to lift 20lbs and work in outdoor temperatures
