Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a dedicated server to join our team at the Music Hall. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages with knowledge and a friendly attitude.

This role requires 2–5 years of high‑volume restaurant experience, a valid CA Food Handlers Card, and the ability to upsell and work in a fast‑paced environment. Compensation is $16.90 USD per hour, and we ensure a safe, respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• CA Food Handlers Card.
• 2-5 years high-volume restaurant experience.
• Working knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations and safe, responsible alcohol service.
• Standard food preparation and presentation skills.
• Skill in guest relations.
• Wine and liquor knowledge.
• Ability to handle multiple tables simultaneously efficiently with an upbeat, friendly attitude; read guests to anticipate their needs.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at table and answer menu questions.
• Take orders and relay to kitchen via MICROS terminal.
• Suggestively sell menu items, beverages, and desserts.
• Inform guests of daily specials and make recommendations.
• Ensure accuracy of guest checks and process payments.
• Handle guest concerns with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Assist other staff as needed.
• Support opening, running, and closing duties.
