Job summary

Qualifications

• NV Food Handlers Card required.
• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Certification or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of high-volume restaurant operations experience.
• Knowledge of wine and liquor service.
• Strong guest relations and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up for events, placing table settings and buffet arrangements.
• Carry plates on trays and serve guests.
• Keep glasses filled and replenish utensils.
• Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown after events.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond to concerns promptly.
• Open/close duties per HOB policy and ensure safety standards.
