Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a COMSEC Manager to support developmental test and evaluation at Eglin AFB, FL. You will lead accountability for cryptographic assets and secure communications, working with engineers, test teams, and government stakeholders to keep systems compliant and ready for mission execution.

The role requires US citizenship, a related Bachelor's degree, and 3–10 years of COMSEC experience, with an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 3–10 years of COMSEC, security, or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accountability of COMSEC assets, cryptographic materials, and equipment.
• Support secure voice communications, telemetry, data encryption in test activities.
• Perform cryptographic key loading, distribution, and management for tests.
• Execute COMSEC Controlling Authority duties including safeguarding and disposition of materials.
• Coordinate inspections, calibrations, certifications, and maintenance for COMSEC/test equipment.
• Support Functional Ground Test activities with equipment setup and resource scheduling.
• Maintain documentation and audit readiness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with government personnel and partners to resolve shortages and maintain mission support.
