Job summary

Aurex is seeking a COMSEC Analyst to manage the lifecycle of COMSEC equipment and keying material, ensuring the integrity, availability, and security of communications systems across our defense programs.

Qualified candidates will hold an active TOP SECRET with CI Polygraph and have demonstrated COMSEC lifecycle management experience, audits, and policy development. Location options include Chantilly, VA; Los Angeles, CA; Denver, CO; and San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET SCI access with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph is required.
• Core experience in COMSEC lifecycle management including requirements management, equipment/key handling, and audit/compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lifecycle Management: Identify and monitor requirements for COMSEC equipment and keying material across their entire operational lifespan.
• Logistics & Account Management: Support COMSEC logistics and provide direct supervision of COMSEC account management, ensuring precise inventory and safeguarding of assets.
• Policy Development: Interpret existing COMSEC policies and develop new organizational standards to align with evolving mission needs and government regulations.
• Audit & Compliance: Manage a comprehensive program for COMSEC inspections and audits, identifying risks and ensuring full adherence to national security standards.
• Enterprise Support: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding proper handling, storage, and distribution of cryptographic materials.
